Monty is a registered architect with extensive experience in residential design and document production: single-family, duplex, townhouse and multi-family garden & mid-rise apartments. He has also successfully designed and completed daycare centers, churches, fire houses, retail projects and small-box prototype retail.

In addition to architectural design services, Monty has significant field experience with existing condition drawings for corporate real estate departments and preparing them for computer aided facilities software. He and his team have the expertise of cleaning, preparing, and managing .dwg files to compliment and assist your CAFM team. He has worked with both BOMA standards as well as corporate modifications to BOMA standards.

He first attended Catawba Valley Community College and studied in the Architectural Technology department where he learned to be a draftsman. Then, he attended UNC Charlotte where he received his professional degree in architecture. He currently lives in the University City area of Charlotte, NC with his wife and three of his four sons.
